Recipe - Cannabis Gummies

How To Make Cannabis Gummies:

• 1/4 cup Infused coconut oil -or- 30 ml of store-bought cannabis oil
• 1/4 cup Water
• 1 pouch Knox Unflavored Gelatin
• 1 box 85g Jello (any flavor)
• 1 Silicone mold(s)
• 1 tablespoon sugar (for decoration)

In a small saucepan over medium heat combine water with the infused oil and whisk together as you bring it to a boil.

Whisk in pouch of unflavored gelatin one at a time while continuing to whisk.

Whisk in the flavored Jello and keep stirring for a couple of minutes while the mixture gets back to a rolling boil. Once boiling, stop stirring and leave mixture boiling for 3 minutes.

Remove from heat and fill each mold to the top with a dropper or spoon. You will want to work quickly as the mixture will firm up, if this happens you can place the pot back on the warm element.

Place mold(s) in the fridge for an hour to firm up.

Unmold the candies and roll them in sugar so they don’t stick together.

Please keep the dosage in mind.  The smaller your molds, the lower the dosage.  If you have a larger mold, consider cutting your gummies in half or smaller for your first sample to control the dosage.
